~ If you are a New User please follow Register Me Now in the Menu opposite. You will need to make a note of your case sensitive Username and Password and scroll down the page to check the Activity Area boxes that interest you.
~ Change My Details can be used at any time once you have logged in.
~ When you login the Keep me logged in option should NOT be used on a public computer (e.g. library). Checking this will retain your login details until the next time you logout.
